What is proper balanced nutrition?

Very simply it is getting all the vitamins, mineral, phyto-nutrients, proteins, complex carbohydrates and herbs in every meal throughout your day.

Your body is made up of 100 trillion cells. Each cell is like a tiny factory that reproduces that cell type. These “little factories” need raw materials to reproduce themselves i.e. vitamins, minerals, phyto-nutrients, proteins, complex carbohydrates and herbs. If each cell does not get proper balanced nutrition it will begin to reproduce inferior cells of that type which over time creates poor cellular health which in turn produces poor over all health. The way to combat poor health is to give your cells what they need to produce and reproduce healthy cells which in turn rewards you with over all good health and a strong immune system.

Science has recently shown us that we all have inside of us beneficial cells and those that are not so beneficial, the way our bodies combat those that are not so beneficial is with a strong immune system, the immune system is built up by the body absorbing good nutrition. Absorption is a key ingredient in nutrition: Many multivitamins claim to have all the right ingredients yet lack the proper delivery system to your body.

For example, most one a day “type” vitamins have what is known as a bonding agent, that which in theory is there to “hold” the vitamins together so they are “time released” throughout the day. The problem lies with the bonding agents, bonding agents aren’t necessarily water-soluble so your body will not absorb the vitamins contained in that tablet. The tablet can have all the right ingredients but if those ingredients are “bound” by the bonding agents they will not be released and therefore you will not get the nutrients you need, it is that simple.
